How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase our plugin, your account is set up with an active subscription. This means your plan will renew automatically every year at the standard rate for the product you originally selected. The renewal ensures that you continue to receive updates and support without interruption.
How to Cancel Your Subscription?
If you no longer want your subscription to renew, you can disable automatic renewal from your account. Simply log in to our website and go to the Subscriptions tab. There, you’ll find an option to view and cancel your active subscriptions.
Canceling your subscription won’t affect your access right away. You’ll still be able to use the plugin until the end of your billing period. After that, the license will expire, and you won’t receive further updates or support.
