The download links provided in your invoice email will only be active for a limited time before expiring.
Once expired, you will not be able to use these links to download the plugin/s again.
Get your plugins from your account
Instead, you can access the latest version of your plugins at any time by logging into your account.
Log in to your account by clicking the Login link in the top menu of our site.
Once logged in, you will see a section called Downloads, which contains all the products you have access to, along with your license information.
These links will always point towards the latest version of the product. You can always download the latest version of the Wholesale Prices free plugin from WordPress.org.
If you have any trouble accessing your account, try resetting your password. If that fails, please contact our support team.
Need an earlier version instead?
The Downloads section always gives you the latest release. If you need a specific earlier version of your premium Wholesale Suite plugins, contact our support team and tell us the exact version number you need, and we will send you that version.
Using the free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin? You can grab an earlier release yourself from WordPress.org. Open the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin page, click Advanced View at the bottom, and choose the version you want under Previous Versions. The free WP Rollback plugin can also roll it back from your Plugins screen.
Once you have the file, back up your site, then install it from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Upload the ZIP and choose Replace current with uploaded. To stop the plugin updating back to the newest release, click Disable auto-updates next to it on your Plugins screen.
