Integration: Full
Limitations: QuickBooks Online only (not QuickBooks Desktop or Self-Employed). Sending wholesale orders to their own QuickBooks transaction type uses LedgerPort’s tag-based routing, which is on its higher plans.
Integrated with:
LedgerPort connects your WooCommerce store to QuickBooks Online and keeps your books in step with every order, refund and payout. Its WordPress plugin handles the connection and the webhooks; the syncing itself runs on LedgerPort’s servers, so it adds no load to your store.
Wholesale orders sync like any other WooCommerce order, at the wholesale prices your customers paid, so sales, tax and shipping land in the right QuickBooks accounts without re-keying. If you sell to wholesale customers on net payment terms, LedgerPort can record those orders as open invoices and mark them paid when the payment arrives, so QuickBooks’ A/R aging report shows who owes you what.
How it works
- Install LedgerPort from WordPress.org and connect your LedgerPort account in its setup wizard (your site needs HTTPS)
- Connect your QuickBooks Online company and map your products, taxes and shipping to your chart of accounts
- New orders, refunds and payouts sync from then on, wholesale orders included
