User Registration & Approval Emails Workflow


Now that you’ve set up the WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture plugin, it’s time to configure your email system. This guide will help you understand how emails flow during the wholesale registration process.

Approval Scenarios:

You can choose between two approval options:

  • Manual Approval Required
  • Automatic Approval


These can be found under WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Lead > General > Lead Actions.

Scenario #1: Manual Approval Required

  1. User registers (Account set to inactive)
    • Email: Admin is notified of new registration
    • Email: User receives a confirmation email with credentials
  2. Admin approves the user
    • Email: User receives an email that their account is now active

Scenario #2: Automatic Approval

  1. User registers (Account set to active)
    • Email: Admin is notified of the new registration and auto-approval
    • Email: User receives a confirmation email with credentials
    • Email: User receives an account activation email
