WC Vendors Integration

WC Vendors turns your WooCommerce store into a multi-vendor marketplace, letting independent sellers manage their own products, orders, and storefronts. WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium extends your wholesale pricing and wholesale customer roles down to the vendor level, so each vendor can sell wholesale on their own terms without you managing it centrally.

The integration requires WC Vendors Pro and is switched on from Wholesale Prices Premium’s settings, under a dedicated WC Vendors tab. Once enabled store-wide, each vendor gets an Enable Wholesale checkbox on their vendor profile, plus a Wholesale tab in their own frontend store settings, where they control whether wholesale prices show to non-wholesale customers, and whether wholesale products appear in the shop and product listings.

Vendors add wholesale prices and wholesale sale prices, with optional sale date ranges, directly on their own product and variation edit screens, using the same wholesale roles you’ve set up store-wide. You can restrict which wholesale roles a given vendor is allowed to sell to, and vendors can further restrict individual products or variations to specific wholesale roles.

What carries through to orders and checkout

• Wholesale pricing is enforced in the cart and at checkout only for customers whose role is allowed for that vendor
• Vendor order lists and order details show whether each line item was wholesale priced, and which wholesale role it was priced for
• Related products only ever suggest items from the same vendor, so wholesale customers aren’t routed to another seller’s store
• Quantity-based (tiered) wholesale pricing is not available on vendor products
